South Nashville Family Resource Center

Advisory Council

The South Nashville Family Resource Center (SNFRC) engages community residents to solve neighborhood problems. An Advisory Council of community residents embraces the neighborhood’s strengths as it directs the activities and priorities of the SNFRC. The Council meets once a month to plan activities, track progress, etc. as it seeks to improve the community.

Are you interested in being part of the Advisory Council?

We are always looking for people who

  • are committed to positive change in the South Nashville neighborhood
  • embrace the vision and mission of the SNFRC
  • actively listen
  • are willing to work collaboratively with diverse perspectives
  • can actively participate during meetings
  • can educate and advocate the work of SNFRC to their neighborhood

The Advisory Council should represent the diversity and enthusiasm of the South Nashville neighborhood. Therefore, ANY PERSON may become a member of the SNFRC Advisory Council.
