Biography
- Department of Biostatistics

 

Dr. Chen received her Ph.D. in biomathematics from North Carolina State University and is currently an associate in biostatistics and a full-time biostatistician in the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. She is a statistician with the Center for Quantitative Sciences. Dr. Chen collaborates with Dr. Grogan on the VA Career Development award and is helping to build predictive models to eliminate unnecessary operations on patients with benign disease. Her research interests include statistical methodology development in high-dimensional data analysis and model validation on prediction model.
