The medical and surgical management of children with problems in these areas requires a different approach on the part of the treating physician. Our Pediatric Urologists have published more than 200 articles and book chapters in the field of pediatric urology. They are also internationally recognized for both their clinical and basic science research and have received numerous awards for basic science research and clinical research from the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society of Pediatric Urology. The division also offers an accredited two year research/clinical fellowship training program that is widely considered one of the top three programs in the country.
