Application Process

Interview Dates for the 2015 Match are November 11 and December 11.  There will be a dinner for the applicants on the evening before each interview date.  The dinner will begin at 6:30pm; the location will be announced in the information packet sent to those who are selected to interview.

All applications to our program must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)
Your application is considered complete only when all of the following items are received.

  • Application
  • Personal statement
  • Three letters of recommendation (one of which should come from a Urologist who knows you well)
  • Medical school transcript
  • USMLE scores (Step 1 at the time of application and Step 2, if available before November 1).

Your application must be complete by October 1st in order to be reviewed by our programPlease do not mail additional materials; they will not be included with your application for review.

We offer two interview dates each year.
