Hello, I’m Lou Kaelin, MSN, RN, NE-BC.  I am the Director of the Clinical Staffing Resource Center located at 2611 West End Ave, Suite 340 (The Allergy, Sinus, Asthma, Program ASAP Building). To work in the Clinical Staffing Resource Center, our staff needs a minimum of two years of relevant recent experience.  Our staff float to units within a competency set.   It is a challenging and rewarding way to broaden your skills and knowledge while offering flexible staffing options. Float pool designed to fill planned staffing needs across the Medical Center and Clinics		All ages		All staff BLS required Critical Care and Step Down  ACLS or PALS required Acute Care EOR or PEARS required Medical Assistants Must be Registered or Certified

About Us:

Our staff work in a variety of inpatient and outpatient patient populations.  For example; Adult Critical Care and Stepdown, Adult Med/Surg, Women’s, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatric Acute Care, Outpatient Clinics, Operative Services, etc.  Staff enjoy floating to gain new skills and knowledge while having flexible staffing options to meet personal and family needs.
