NRP Summer 2008 Meet and Greet Picnic June 22, 2008
Hi Everyone,
Click here to see some of the pictures taken at the NRP Summer 2008 Welcome Reception held on June 22, 2008. Thank you to all that attended to help welcome our new nurse residents. One hundred Nurse Residents attended the event, and the group seemed to possess much enthusiasm in seeing each other as they start their new adventure.
With contemporary jazz music in the background, a continuous looping list of Nurse Resident names and their Tracks were shown on the room’s overhead three screen projection. Menu included a Mashed potato martini bar, mini beef fajita roll ups, southern fried chicken nuggets with sauces, cheese tray, veggie pinwheels, fresh fruit trays, mini dessert trays with baklava, cheesecakes and an array of chocolate desserts including hello dollies.
The group gathered names and numbers after being given Nurse Residency mini address books provided by the Nursing Education Department.
A special thank you to the Nursing Education and Development department for sharing the expense of the event and for your attendance in welcoming!
A special thank you to Nurse Recruitment’s new interim manager, Sean Carroll!
Thank you,
Tracey Fargo RN BSN
