The mission of the Vanderbilt Center for Human Nutrition is to deliver quality nutrition care through a balanced program of patient care, research, and education.

Our mission is accomplished through the combined efforts of a multidisciplinary team of health and research professionals including physician and nurse practioner nutrition specialists, registered dietitians, pharmacists, researchers, and support staff.
