Purpose:  To determine effects of consuming a high fat diet and 18-carbon fats on weight loss, body composition, insulin sensitivity and endothelial function as markers of risk for diabetes and heart disease. 

Eligibility:  Women, Age 21-50, BMI:  30-39.9, Nonsmoker
