Microscope Facilities
Shared upright and inverted microscopes are available for PMI laboratoreis. Systems are equiped with fluorescent light sources, digital cameras and image quantitation software.
Location: The shared microscope and analysis facility is located in CC-2204 Medical Center North.

Gel Documentation and Digital Imaging
These facilities offer two G:Box syngene imaging stations for departmental use. One system is dedicated to the quantitative imaging of chemiluminescence (i.e. immunoblots) while the other is a gel documentation system dedicated for protein and DNA gels. In addition to these two aquisition systems, laboratories within PMI have access to off-line analysis software (GeneTools).
