Role of metabotropic glutamate receptors in glioma
Clinical Research Description
I am currently working in the laboratory of Dr. P. Jeffery Conn determining the role of metabotropic glutamate receptors in glioma. I am primarily interested in mGluR3 and mGluR5. The development of negative allosteric modulators provide novel tools for the investigation and possible treatment of gliomas.
