Leadership and Organizational Development provides training and other developmental services for TVC/VMG leaders and their teams.

As a part of the Training and Organization Development Office (TODO), our mission is to partner with administration, training and other groups across the VUMC enterprise in providing targeted, mission-specific opportunities for learning and performance improvement.
