Nutrition & Diet Assessment Core
Training
We welcome undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and post-doctoral students who are interested in nutrition and diet as a component of clinical and translational research. Our Core program provides an opportunity for research experience in nutrition and diet assessment, education, counseling and therapy. In addition to participating in current Core projects, our students participate in our weekly nutrition journal club and study team meetings.
