Outcomes

The VNDAC has performed diet assessment and other nutrition services for a variety of food laboratory, clinical, translational and community research projects. These assessments have been conducted in children, young adults, middle-age adults and older adults. Presented here are some of studies that we have completed and some that are ongoing.
