On-line Forms
On-line forms are now available through SiteBuilder 3.0. They dump data into a database that the site administrator can review and download to an Excel spreadsheet.
To use the forms you must secure a SiteBuilder 3.0 account (the form tool does not work with the older SiteBuilder). Please contact Jason Coles at 2-2298. Jason is also responsible for training users with the SiteBuilder 3.0 software. The software and training are free.
