TAT: 4 weeks for negative culture. Varies for positive culture.
Special Instructions: Specify source. There will be separate charges for organism identification and susceptibility testing when appropriate. Susceptibility testing for molds or yeast are not done routinely; when requested, susceptibility tests are sent to a reference laboratory.
