Reasons for Rejection
: Hemolysis, Icteric specimens, improper collection, QNS
: STAT: 1 hour; ROUTINE: 2 hours after receiving in lab
: Pseudohyponatremia may occur in hyperlipemia or in hyperproteinemia.
