Pediatric Requirements: Lavender top (EDTA) - 2 mL (to fill line only) or 1 full EDTA microtainers
Volume: 2 mL draw (to fill line only)
Minimum Volume: 250 uL
Temperature: Room temperature or refrigerated
Stability: Must be received in the lab within 6 hour; 12 hours if refrigerated
Reasons for Rejection: QNS, clotted, specimen age
