TAT: 4 weeks for negative culture. Varies for positive culture.
Special Instructions: There will be separate charges for organism identification and susceptibility testing when appropriate. Susceptibility testing for molds or yeast is not done routinely; when requested, susceptiblity tests are sent to a reference laboratory.
