DescriptionOn line exhibit celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the American Society of Nutrional Sciences. Exhibit includes a brief history of the AIN/ASNS written by nutrition history scholar, Patricia Swan, Ph.D. Included in the exhibit are photos of the first annual meeting of the AIN in 1934 and photos and biographical sketches of the founding members of the American Institute of Nutrition.
