- NO point tenderness (point tenderness is where an individual can "pinpoint" where something hurts)
- Full Passive Range of Motion (someone else can move an extremity through its normal motion)
- Full Active Range of Motion (the individual can move an extremity through its normal motion)
- Full Resistive Range of Motion (the individual can move an extremity through its normal motion against some resistance)
- NO obvious coloration or discoloration (redness, bruising, etc.)
- NO obvious deformity (Swelling, "Gooseggs", etc.)
- If a minor, get parents permission if there is a question. Let the parents make the decision whenever possible.
