Dr. Ross specializes in the diagnosis and management of adult vascular diseases, with special focus on carotid artery stenting as well as primary and remedial lower extremity revascularization. He is board certified in both general surgery and vascular surgery.

Dr. Ross served as President of the Kentucky Society for Vascular Surgery in 2000. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the Southern Association for Vascular Surgery and Society for Vascular Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Education

Dr. Ross received his undergraduate education (Phi Beta Kappa) and medical education (Alpha Omega Alpha) at the University of Kentucky .

Postgraduate Training

Dr. Ross served his internship, residency, and chief residency in general surgery at Vanderbilt University . Dr. Ross served as Fellow in Vascular Surgery, 1990-91, at Louisiana State University Medical Center and affiliated institutions in New Orleans .
