a neutral environment
The VCBH Innovation Center creates a neutral, supportive environment
where participants are encouraged to speak with candor and voice strong
opinions without worry of possible repercussions. Keep this in mind
as you read. As part of the event process, people are asked to model
many conditions, some of which are extreme. Participants are asked to
assume these are true as a brainstorming technique to gain insight.
The documentation must be read whole. It must be realized that a period
of investigation and analysis will be required prior to implementation
of any ideas.

We all recognize that the participants and staff have a fiduciary responsibility
to each other, their colleagues, their organizations, and their community,
regarding the dissemination of the information in this website. This

as well.
