design round 2: teams & assignments

Coordination
team a: Gery Berry,Susan Christensen, Carol Diamond, Mark Frisse, Cheryl Gray,
Jeannine Hinton, Janet Marchibroda, Lee Stevens, Tony Sun, Roxane Townsend

Assignment: Your team is coming back together to your original Coordination team from Design Round 1. Members of your team have worked with both of the market teams to understand the non-technology Top Priorities that need to be addressed in the near term. Someone that worked with each market team should briefly report any key insights that occurred in the last round. You will receive copies of the Hypertiles from each team.

Your team’s assignment is to synthesize all of these non-technology priorities into one consistent list. Tthe Coordination Team is responsible for managing and delivering against.

Creating this list of priorities will require your team to develop your own “triage” hierarchy. Why is something a priority to your team? Is it a priority because it is common between both markets, or because it is part of the critical path for other downstream functionality, or because it addresses a current critical issue,..?

When you get your list finalized, DRAFT a plan for how you will address all the priorities. When, from a calendar perspective do the priorities need to be addressed? What, if any, decencies are there between the priorities.

With you draft plan completed, begin the process of creating a high level project plan for each priority on the templates provided.

Your team has 90 minutes to complete this work.
