| Monroe Wesley, CISM Monroe developed and now manages the Information Security program for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He is responsible for the organization’s core information security policies and procedures, security investigations, cost-risk benefit analysis, and assuring the organization’s compliance with relevant information technology laws and legal requirements. Major ongoing initiatives at St. Jude include clinical research informatics, continued implementation and expansion of a complete electronic medical record, and an enterprise management system. Prior to joining St. Jude, Monroe directed the information technology efforts for nexAir, a compressed gas and welding supply distributor with headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee and twenty satellite locations throughout five states. His experience with this organization included development and administration of wide and local area networks and support services and management of the company’s business office functions. Monroe completed his Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Memphis and is currently pursuing an MBA.
