Speaker: I'm Diane Gottfried, admin of Health Systems Ford Hospital. I am team A. We are a small team but a very passionate team all for transparency. My team members Peggy Thompson and my other team member Donna is on a conference called...Oh Harry! And Harry he's on my team. So you approve, Harry? Okay.

And our discussions 'transparency'. What it means to us is, one it needs to be standardized. Meaningful and reliable and timely information to all stakeholders to facilitate consumer decisions and improve healthcare outcomes in Florida, because we are speaking specifically to Florida. The agency's role. We had a lot of points and what we felt the agency should do and looking at it, it's like all oversight.

Being a leader facilitating and then I thought, "You know bottom line is it really need to be the advocate for consumer, for the industry, ourselves, between hospitals, to what we need to help achieve transparency. What we need to improve patient safety and outcomes in the state of Florida. We need the agency to be our true advocates for all of us.

We need them to be involved at a national level because that is something that is challenging for all of us in this industry. From every aspect of it, it is trying to align ourselves with what we are doing in the state but then also trying to make sure we're on the same track for the federal and the national.

Donna was very strong on zero tolerance for continued poor performance. We feel like also, hate to say it but the agencies were least to police us at some point. So that was a very strong point for hers. And then the guiding principles is to provide meaningful and accurate information to improve healthcare outcomes for all stakeholders. Any questions?

[Inaudible]

[Applause]
