Innovation Center

VCBH Innovation Center is ideal for planning and project design sessions, steering committee work, presenting information to various sized groups, scan work for gathering information and building action plans.

The arrangement of furniture and WorkWalls within the Innovation Center is easily reconfigured to accommodate individual, as well as large and small group work— and often times gets moved several times during a single event as activities and events unfold. VCBH staff is available to set up the environment in preparation for sessions and can consult with you on the design of your project plans and of sessions that maximize interaction and productivity of your team.

The Radiant Room is ideal for large gatherings, presentations, and group reports. It is equipped with AV technology that includes overhead mics, video cameras,
and large monitors for larger gatherings, presentations and group reports. WorkWalls can be rolled to wherever a team needs to meet — enabling team members to share big ideas and bring focus to everyone’s attention. In fact, your team can be surrounded with WorkWalls in the Project Room that is also equipped with a large monitor for presentations. Voice and data lines are available throughout the space enabling participants to connect with outside resources. In June 2005, the VCBH added another 18,000 square feet of meeting space to its facility at 3401 West End. The new area has the same look and feel of the original center — including a fully reconfigurable work space with whiteboards, AV and information technology — and is designed to accomodate larger, collaborative work groups. Located on the first floor
of the building, suite 100 is home to staff of the Health Care Solutions Group, and the Volunteer eHealth Initiative.
