The regional Informatics team focuses on policies, technologies, and systems operations issues that must be addressed to create systems that focus on the individual and their care. Our goal is to make all relevant information necessary for the care of an individual available at the care setting through secure systems and with the consent of the individual. Our work expands as well to the unique challenges presented in managing population health data. |
