
Dr. Anne Neff
Dr. Anne Neff received her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1981 and her MD degree there in 1985. After an internship in Internal Medicine at Indiana University, she returned to Missouri to complete her residency training in Internal Medicine. She came to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1988 for a hematology fellowship. She has been a faculty member at VUMC since 1991 in the Departments of Medicine and Pathology where she has served as the Director of Transfusion Medicine since 1994. She is board-certified in General Internal Medicine, Hematology (recertified in 1998), and Transfusion Medicine. She lectures extensively throughout the region on thrombosis, bleeding disorders, and transfusion medicine topics.
