    Self Defense Boot Camp

    Self Defense Boot Camp is a new dynamic for cardio with a purpose. Men, women and participants of all fitness levels will discover how basic aerobic moves can be useful for self protection. This class will intensify awareness and attitude regarding self defense and provide an amazing cardio workout.
