The Importance of Knowing your Loved One's Financial Adviser

Seniors are the number one targets for investment fraud.  One out of five individuals over the age of 65 have already been victims of financial fraud.  This is because the elderly is most likely to have a "nest egg" and excellent credit which makes them prime targets for scam artists or financial abuse by an individual they trust.

Come learn how to identify types of investment fraud along with their red flags and how to prevent it from happening to someone you love.

Amber Lovelady, Director of Investment Education for the Department of Commerce and Insurance, will be speaking on the importance of knowing your loved one's financial adviser.
