Do the steps and be ready for June 13!
Keep your mind and body active this summer with a new wellness challenge every week. The program runs June 13 through August 7, 2016 and is free and open to all Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center members and non-members so come join the fun!
Each week focuses on a different area of wellness and includes a small themed challenge to complete to earn that week’s grand prize.
Prizes? Oh yes. Each week has a prize associated with it. These prizes range from massages, to personal training sessions, to Outdoor Recreation gear rentals, and Personalized Nutrition Coaching sessions!
