February is National Heart Month; be Heart-Healthy with Count on Your Heart

  • Know Your Numbers - keep your blood pressure and weight in check by visiting a Know Your Numbers station. Enter a drawing for one of five Eating Well: Healthy in a Hurry Cookbooks.
  •  LOVE YOUR HEART Expo, Wednesday, Feb. 9 – speak to health professionals, have health screenings, get prizes, and more. Cholesterol and glucose screenings will be available while supplies last.
