Difficult Conversations Training Offered by Work/Life Connections-EAP

Tuesday, March 15

How do we participate in those repetitive conversations which have always turned out to be ineffective?

This class looks at breaking the cycle and creating more meaningful interactions with others. The discussion will also present a method of looking at our assumptions and expectations before we begin an interaction. It explores ways to reframe both our thinking and our interpretations of the other person’s thinking and behavior to give us more emotional flexibility.

7:30-8:30 a.m. in Medical Arts Building, room 029.
