Teamwork Seminar to be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 26

During the fall Leadership Assembly, C. Wright Pinson, MBA, M.D., deputy vice chancellor for Health Affairs and CEO of the Vanderbilt Health System, presented patient satisfaction goals of the Medical Center's Service Pillar and announced that increasing satisfaction will be an emphasis in the coming year.

For ideas on how to improve the overall teamwork score for your area, the Patient Experience and Services Division is presenting a seminar led by Joe Snipp, senior statistician with Professional Research Consultants (PRC), at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, in 512 Light Hall. The seminar is designed to provide attendees with strategies on improving teamwork in the health care setting. Click here to enroll.
