HR launches TalentCentral

After months of testing and training, Human Resources launches a new recruiting system called TalentCentral today.

TalentCentral is an online hub designed to improve the hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers, plus minimize paperwork and save time. In most cases, the new hire payroll action form will no longer be used; requisitions will now be electronically submitted, approved, sourced and tracked.

TalentCentral can be used to:

• Start a requisition
• Review resumes
• Check backgrounds
• Complete the hiring process
• Send an offer letter automatically

If you have a position that you anticipate filling within the next 30 days, your recruiter will keep the documentation in our current system. All other open positions will be loaded into TalentCentral by your recruiter.

All candidates in process on these positions will receive an e-mail asking that they reapply to our new system. If a candidate contacts you about this, please direct them to your recruiter.

The onboarding administrator will provide you the appropriate documentation to review (replacing the new hire PAF), submit this information to payroll/processing, and give you tips to make your new hire’s experience a positive one.
