Town hall meeting set for Wednesday, Jan. 28, for CORES to iLab transition and implementation for core users and administrators

The Office of Research invites all users of the Core Ordering and Reporting Enterprise System (CORES) to a town hall meeting to learn about the planned transition to using the iLab billing system for reserving equipment and billing charges.

Interested users may include principal investigators and administrative staff responsible for budgeting or accounting for core charges as well as others who currently interact with the CORES application; all are welcome to attend this information session.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 2 p.m. in the Preston Research Building, room 206.

The meeting agenda will include a brief overview of the new partnership, a quick review of iLab functions and highlights of key functionality including the expected improvements possible with iLab. An overview of the iLab implementation process will be provided, and there will be a question-and-answer session. Note that more in-depth training sessions will be offered once we set a date for initiating the transition to iLab.
