Nashville Chalk Fest to be April 11 and 12; benefits Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center; some roads closed
Nashville Chalk Fest is a free, two-day street painting festival with entertainment, food and family fun featuring sidewalk chalk art by professional artists, hobbyists and art enthusiasts from across the country. This event benefits the Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences.
24th Avenue between Acklen Avenue and the alley just before Blakemore Avenue and Belcourt Avenue, between Book Page and 24th Avenue, will be closed on Friday, April 10, starting at 9 a.m. through Sunday, April 12, until midnight for Nashville Chalk Fest.
Access to the Vanderbilt “S” parking lot will be available from the alley on 24th Avenue.
