Vanderbilt Child and Family Center to host 'Lunch and Learn' Aug. 19
The Vanderbilt Child & Family Center will host a Lunch and Learn Aug. 19 from noon to 1 p.m. in Light Hall, Room 433, on how to recognize dementia vs. typical age-related change.
Making a bad decision once in a while? Getting confused about the day of the week, but figuring it out later? How do you know if it’s dementia or typical age-related change?
Tiffany Cloud-Mann, vice president of Programs at the Alzheimer’s Association Mid-South, will discuss the warning signs of dementia, what to do if you notice these signs in your loved one and what to expect as a caregiver once your loved one is diagnosed with dementia.
