Customer service course on smiling offers make-up classes

The Training and Organizational Development Office is conducting customer service refresher training focused on smiling. This is the first in a series of quarterly sessions related to first impressions that will be offered for our patient service representatives (PSR) and access specialists.

At the end of the Smile Refresher Training, PSRs and access specialists will be able to:

·         Understand the importance of smiling as part of the patient’s first impression

·         Describe the benefits of smiling

·         Articulate a strategy for smiling at every patient who is greeted
