The Meditative Movement and Dance Wednesday, Dec. 13, 6-7:30 p.m.

A special offering this holiday season with visiting teacher Terri Allred: Center your body and mind in order to create the optimal conditions for dance. Release your body’s natural energy through this series of movements and combinations. Celebrate your body, the uniqueness of your movement and the energy that is within you. Allred is a professional belly dancer, Reiki Master and business coach living in Rochester, Minnesota, with her family. Self-applied Qigong Massage Thursday, Dec. 14, 6-8 p.m.
