Session on "How to Talk to Your Loved One's Health Care Provider" is tomorrow
Many seniors remain with their healthcare provider because this is an opportunity to socialize with someone outside of the home. Most times, the healthcare provider is not providing the needed services. Join Kanah Lewallen DNP, AGPCNP-BC with Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, as she discusses how a caregiver and care receiver can get the most out of their appointments with their health care provider. This session is part of the monthly Boomers, Elders, and More Lunchtime Sessions, and will be on Wednesday, July 18, from noon to 1 p.m. in Light Hall 437.
