New URL created for Veritas System

The URL for the Veritas system (used for incident reporting) has been changed. Users who have bookmarked the URL will need to update their bookmarks to the new URL: https://veritas.app.vumc.org/. The former URL (https://veritas.mc.vanderbilt.edu/) will redirect for a limited time.
