Work/Life Connections-EAP Workshop on Handling Distressed Customers Thursday, Jan. 21, 7:30 a.m.

We deal with all kinds of people, often at their most vulnerable time. Some are kind and appreciative; others are abusive and hostile. They may be dealing with fear, pain, grief, guilt or depression. Some may just be downright rude people.

This workshop is designed to help front line staff understand and defuse these situations before they get out of hand. (This class qualifies as a customer service class for the PSR career ladder.)

Thursday, Jan. 21
7:30-8:30 a.m. in Medical Arts Building Room 029.
