Celebrate National Employee Health and Fitness Day May 19 with Health Plus

Vanderbilt will observe National Employee Health and Fitness Day on Wednesday, May 19.

Join one or all of the events designed to encourage more physical activity.

• Boost your activity with the One Day Challenge.
• Join the 3 Mile Fun Run after work.
• Participate in a Wii bowling Tournament.
• Try any or all of the 6 mini-classes during the Group Fitness Superclass.
• Join the breakfast on the go event at three campus locations.
• Start your own walking club.
• Attend Know Your Numbers to check your blood pressure and weight.
