Researchers at Vanderbilt Need Volunteers for a Study on Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD)

Researchers at Vanderbilt are looking for volunteers for a study on the genetic and environmental causes of AMD (Age-related Macular Degeneration), the leading cause of blindness in people over 55.

We are looking for individuals without macular degeneration who are age 65 or older.

Participants will receive a comprehensive eye exam, donate a blood sample, complete a short phone interview and complete questionnaires at home at their convenience.

One visit to the Vanderbilt Eye Institute is required. There is no cost to participate.
