 VISITING HOURS

General Patients Units: 9:00 am  - 9:00 pm.

Intensive Care Areas - Visiting hours are posted outside the door, or ask at the Guest Services desk in the Hospital Lobby.  

Obstretrics/Maternity - Labor and Delivery - no hour restrictions. Outside regular visiting hours, 4-East allows limited family to stay 24 hours a day, seven days a week. if the baby is rooming with the mother, two visitors at a time may visit in her room.

ADVANCE CARE PLAN

Adults have the right to make their own health care decisions. When you are well enough and able to make decisions, you will get the care you agree to. you can also refuse care. An Advance care plan is some-times called a Living will or Advance directive. If you want to make an Advance care Plan and name a health care Agent, you need to make the decisions and sign these forms while you can say what you want. it is okay to use any form, from any state, if it meets the requirements of Tennessee. If for any reason you are not happy with the information, care or service you are recieving, we want to know. If something is not going well, please tell us. let your nurse know if you have a question or an issue about your care. if that is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact our department of patient affairs at 615-322-6154 and they will be happy to help.
