ACNP/PA Critical Care Boot Camp 2016

Target Audience: Practicing Critical Care ACNPs and PAs from any Health Care Organization

Objectives: After participating in this CME activity, participants should be able to describe and discuss:

  1. Describe and discuss current critical care practice guidelines and the evidence that supports them.
  2. Demonstrate capability to perform basic critical care procedures.
  3. Describe and discuss current methods for diagnosing and managing patients with common critical care conditions.


CME: For 2-Day Boot Camp Attendees:

  1. Visit https://cme.mc.vanderbilt.edu/boot-camp-2016 (you will need to be logged in)
  2. Unlock the course with the access code: BootCamp2016
  3. Click the green Take Course button, follow the steps, and select Complete to finish

  • The September 6th Leadership workshop and the September 7-8 Boot Camp conference will be held at the Student Life Center. Most hotels are within walking distance or have shuttles to Vanderbilt University's Student Life Center 310 25th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37240.
  • The Skills Labs on September 6 and 9 will be held at the Center for Experiential Learning (CELA) lab, which is located on campus, on the 3rd floor of Light Hall. If you are traveling by hotel shuttle, please have them drop you off at the "MCN Round Wing" drop off and follow the signs to Light Hall.
