Kevin Schey

Kevin earned his Ph.D. from the Purdue University in 1989 and has 24 years of professional experience in mass spectrometry and analytical chemistry, including all aspects of proteomics analysis and mass spectrometry imaging. He directs the Proteomics Laboratory operations of the MSRC.

W. Hayes McDonald, Ph.D.

co-Associate Director

(615) 343-0512

Hayes joined the MSRC Proteomics Laboratory as a co-Associate Director in June 2008.  After earning his Ph.D. in Cell and Developmental Biology at Vanderbilt in 1998, he studied mass spectrometry with John Yates at The Scripps Research Institute before joining Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Hayes brings significant expertise in the design and implementation of shotgun proteomics experiments, including multidimensional protein identification technology (MudPIT), MS-informatics, and quantitative LC-MS/MS strategies.
